STEP 1
We suggest that you measure your head in centimeters. It is more accurate than inches. Use a tape measure or a piece of string. Measure several times to ensure accuracy.
STEP 2
Looking in the mirror, measure the circumference of your head, holding the tape snug, but not too tight, about 5 mm above your ears, and position it in the center of your forehead or just above the eyebrows (depending on where you want your hat to sit).
STEP 3
Repeat 2-3 times for accuracy and locate your correct size in the chart below.

Storage
We highly recommended storing your hat in a hat box. It is important to keep the hat on a straight surface to maintain its original shape.
Cleaning
Felt Hats
Felt hats can be cleaned with a soft brush or a lint roller. When using a soft-bristled brush, brush in small circular motions counterclockwise.
Straw Hats
Dust or dirt can also be removed by wiping the hat with a slightly wet towel that will not pick up color or fibers.
Prolonging the life
Handle it by the crown, not the brim. Take off or pick up your hat by grasping it at the сrown of the hat.
Please do not get your hat wet. If it does get wet, allow it to dry naturally. Artificial heat from a hair dryer or a heater can deform or shrink the hat.

Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable. All orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense.
